Dr. Maher Alharthi is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical, surgical, cosmetic, and pediatric dermatology. He has a particular clinical interest in cosmetic dermatology and hair disorders, as well as the treatment of chronic skin conditions and skin cancer in both adults and children. Dr. Alharthi is committed to helping his patients achieve long-term skin health through prevention, early detection, and evidence-based care.

Dr. Alharthi completed his medical degree at the Medical University of Warsaw, followed by a clinical observership year at the Medical University of Warsaw Hospital. He went on to serve as a resident physician at both the Royal Commission Hospital in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital in Taif, Saudi Arabia, expanding his clinical experience across a broad range of dermatologic and general medical conditions. Dr. Alharthi completed his internship in the Department of General Surgery at George Washington University Hospital, and subsequently pursued dermatology residency training at Emory University School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident from April 2021 to June 2022.

Dr. Alharthi’s approach to patient care is rooted in compassion and respect. He treats each patient as if they were his own family, fostering a welcoming environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to make informed choices about their skin health. His patient-centered philosophy ensures that every treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of those he serves.

Dr. Alharthi is excited to join the community and looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with his patients and colleagues. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and playing soccer—activities that keep him active, balanced, and connected to his community.
